I support adolescents and teens, young adults, and families navigating the layered grief that often accompanies life transitions—divorce, adoption, the physical or emotional loss of a family member, and the quieter losses within changing family systems. My work is grounded in the belief that grief is not only about what has happened, but also about what was needed and not received.
Whether it’s the absence of a parent, the loss of a familiar home dynamic, or the complexity of blended family life, I help young people and caregivers move through these experiences with greater understanding and connection.
My approach is relational, body-aware, and developmentally informed. I integrate creative play, nervous system regulation, and story-based work to help clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they process grief in a way that honors their pace. I also offer parent guidance to strengthen the caregiving system during times of emotional overwhelm.
Therapy sessions are designed to include multiple support system members when appropriate, creating opportunities for shared language, relational repair, and emotional safety across the family. My goal is to support healing not only in the individual, but in the spaces they return to on a daily basis.
