Has a loved one died recently or even many years ago? Do you feel you should “move on” or “be past it”? Are friends telling you it is time to start dating again? Perhaps you are tired of being told, “You’re doing so good,” when you feel lost, scared, and upside down. Would you like a deeper understanding of your grief and its process? I am happy to walk alongside you while you navigate your path.
I have an informal, collaborative, and client-centered approach. Clients have described me as authentic, calming, warm, and humorous. My goal is to provide a safe and empathic space so you can confront the most difficult of emotions while exploring your ability to transform from them. The journey is difficult. I am honored to assist you in connecting to your best self.
My experience includes sixteen years with a non-profit grief and loss center and concurrently nine years as a hospice social worker. I have a particular interest in helping people with advanced directives (tackling those difficult end of life decisions). A passion of mine is empowering people in their health care decisions to facilitate quality at end of life.
I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. I am working with ATX Therapy Center, 512-814-6027
